On May 12th, we warmly welcomed our French business partner to visit RingPCB factory.
We first established contact with this client at the exhibition in Germany last year, and kept in close communication all the time. The client focuses on developing campus dedicated communication devices, which are designed to prevent students from excessive mobile phone use.
This Bluetooth intelligent campus device integrates multiple practical functions such as study scheduling, sports reminders, homework supervision and study management, and is also equipped with call and two-way intercom functions to well adapt to daily campus use.
During the visit, RingPCB technical staff and product managers conducted in-depth discussions with the client to fully figure out their product positioning, functional demands and production standards. The client toured RingPCB’s nearly 10,000 square meters self-owned production base and complete manufacturing lines, and highly recognized its production strength and quality control system.
In accordance with the product demands, this project mainly covers customized production of core PCBA boards, including Bluetooth communication module PCBA, low-power main control board PCBA, voice intercom circuit board PCBA and power management circuit board.
This product also comes with certain technical challenges: it requires ultra-low power consumption for long battery life, stable and anti-interference Bluetooth signal transmission, miniaturized compact circuit layout to fit slim and portable structure. Besides, the finished products need excellent durability and structural stability, putting forward strict requirements on precision SMT processing, component selection and comprehensive function testing.
Founded in 2008, RingPCB provides fast prototyping, SMT assembly, mass production and full turnkey one-stop services, perfectly solving above technical difficulties and fully satisfying clients’ requirements on stable performance, compact circuit design and reasonable cost control.
After confirming design drawings and sample standards, the two parties reached preliminary cooperation consensus. The client intends to place an initial trial order of 1000 sets, which lays a solid foundation for long-term stable strategic cooperation.
