On May 7th, RingPCB warmly welcomed a professional client delegation from North America to visit our company and conduct an on-site inspection of our self-operated full-process PCBA production workshop, for in-depth technical exchanges and business cooperation discussions.
The client is deeply engaged in the fields of industrial power supply and energy storage power equipment, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-power electronic control products. They set extremely high standards for PCBA stability, load capacity, heat dissipation performance and long-term operational reliability, and strictly select PCB & PCBA manufacturers with formal qualifications and mature mass production capacity.

During the visit and communication, the client focused on three core aspects: overall production capacity, standardized production management procedures, and full-link quality inspection & control system. Meanwhile, they put forward personalized development and mass production requirements for custom high-power PCBA based on their actual product application scenarios.
Accompanied by our management and technical teams, the client visited the SMT intelligent mounting production line, precision welding process area, functional testing zone, aging testing workshop and finished product quality inspection workshop in sequence. We introduced our flexible production arrangement capacity covering prototype sampling, small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production, as well as the complete quality control process including incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, online testing, finished product aging and full-item reliability testing.
Meanwhile, we presented that RingPCB holds complete ISO international system certifications and relevant industry compliance qualifications. Our manufacturing, quality control and supply chain management are all implemented in strict accordance with international standards, with full-process traceability and auditability, fully meeting the admission audit and long-term supply requirements of high-end overseas clients.

In the technical exchange session, our engineering team tailored exclusive PCBA manufacturing solutions according to the operating conditions of the client’s high-power products. We provided professional DFM optimization suggestions on high-current circuit layout, thermal structure design, component selection and matching, and high-reliability production processes, accurately matching the client’s technical specifications and mass delivery lead time requirements.
