- Raw Material Incoming Inspection: All copper foils, substrates, power chips and electronic components are sourced from authorized brand distributors. Each batch undergoes strict incoming electrical performance and aging screening to eliminate defective materials at the source, preventing early-stage circuit aging and component failure.
- Standardized High-Voltage Process Control: High-voltage isolation creepage distance, thick copper circuit etching and solder mask insulation are manufactured in strict accordance with IPC Class 3 high-reliability standards, effectively avoiding risks of short circuit, breakdown and overheating under long-term high-load operation.
- Multi-Layer Full Inspection Workflow: Every EV charger PCBA goes through AOI optical inspection, X-ray internal solder void detection, open/short circuit electrical testing and full functional aging test before delivery. Thermal cycling (-40℃ ~ 85℃) and vibration aging tests are executed to simulate harsh outdoor working conditions, verifying stable performance over long service cycles.
- Complete Traceability System: MES production tracking records all raw material batches, production parameters and test data of each PCBA unit. All test reports, certification documents and manufacturing logs are provided for overseas third-party factory audits and market compliance inspections.
- Optional Conformal Coating Protection: We offer acrylic or silicone conformal coating service to form an insulating protective film on the board surface, boosting moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion performance and extending the service life of outdoor charging equipment by more than 5 years.
