What are EV Charger PCBAs?

We strictly control creepage distance, copper etching, and insulation processes. As a result, we ensure compliance with IPC Class 3 standards and prevent short circuits or overheating.
Multi-Layer Inspection Process
Every EV charger PCBA goes through AOI inspection, X-ray solder testing, open/short circuit testing, and full functional aging tests before delivery.
Thermal cycling (-40°C to 85°C) and vibration testing are also applied to simulate real outdoor conditions.
Complete Traceability System
Our MES system records all production data, material batches, and test results. Therefore, each unit is fully traceable for audits and compliance checks.
Optional Conformal Coating
We also provide acrylic or silicone coating. This forms a protective insulation layer and improves moisture, dust, and corrosion resistance. It extends product life by more than 5 years.
